Accommodations
Students with approved testing accommodations may utilize the Learning Commons Testing Center for exams administered with accommodations. Faculty should submit exams through Accommodate using the Exam Room Booking feature. Once an exam has been submitted, students are responsible for scheduling their testing appointment through Accommodate.
Testing Services through Accommodate is intended for students with approved testing-related accommodations, such as extended time, a reduced-distraction environment, or oral testing.
Make-Up Exams
The Learning Commons also can help with make-up exams for students who need to complete an assessment outside of the regularly scheduled class time but do not have testing accommodations requiring the Accommodate testing process.
Faculty should submit a Make-Up Exam Request Form with the necessary exam and scheduling information. Learning Commons staff will make every effort to assist with make-up exam requests; however, availability is dependent on the timeliness of the request and available staffing.
